Spring means baby birds!! By accident I found we were expecting...robins that is (we are so very done having children). I was sitting around reading one morning, and kept hearing chirping. I could not locate the culprit, so I went back to reading. Then by happenstance I looked outside again as I was passing the back door and noticed this little guy sitting on my patio furniture.
I knew momma bird had to be close by somewhere so I didn't want to get too close and sure enough, momma bird came flying by to protect baby bird.
Here they are again sitting on our dilapidated/overused soccer goal.
(on a side note, I keep telling myself I need a longer zoom lens....maybe I'll get one for Christmas!)
