Our little man is growing up. Mommy and Jacob have been practicing sitting for a couple weeks now and usually Jacob has to sit with mommy to be able to sit up but today was different. Mommy sat Jacob up in his bed after his nap and he stayed! Jacob sat for almost 10 minutes by himself with no support from mommy before finally tipping over onto his side and then onto his back. He's also trying to crawl. He gets his little butt up in the air and brings his knees up, but when he goes to put his head up and move his arms, he flops back down on his stomach. He looks like a cute little inchworm. What a big boy! Here are some pics of our little man sitting up by himself:

That kid is getting so big!! And I haven't even got to hold him yet! I did get to see his cute backside though. :) I probably will never get to hold him now... he looks like he is ready to go, go, go. :)
