4th of July

Last year's 4th of July we had beautiful weather. This year...not so much. It did rain for a little while, but we still enjoyed ourselves. Jacob was not much up for the fireworks as he was last year, at least not in the beginning. Towards the end of the night, when we were lighting the very last sparklers, he was then intrigued by them and wanted more. Then, somewhere in between that last sparkler and the trip home, he was again afraid of the boom-booms.
