Ag Days

I grew up with Grandparents that lived on a huge farm.  My siblings and I were constantly around animals and learned many thing from our wonderful Grandparents that we would not have otherwise learned.  I consider myself lucky!  We have friends who have some chickens and a horse, but unfortunately no cows, sheep, or donkey's.  The next closest thing to having family or friends that live on a farm that we have found, was Ag Days at the 4-H fairgrounds.  Jacob was introduced to some animals for the first time and he seemed to enjoy it!  He's never seen a baby cow, milked a "cow", or pet a rabbit before and to see the joy and shock (especially when the rabbit is almost your size) in a little ones face is priceless (and not to mention the day itself cost nothing! Gosh I love FREE!)
