Easter

It seems like Easter was already so long ago with all that has been going on around here.  Hopefully May is a little less involved and a little more fun for us.

A few days before Easter, Jacob colored eggs with his friend Livi and what fun that was!  Two toddlers and dye that can stain is not my idea of a picnic.

Jacob checking out his Easter Basket (if you've noticed the shirt before, you are not mistaken.  The child carries it almost everywhere and once in a while, after a good soak and wash, he is aloud to actually wear it!)

We decided to do our annual family Easter Egg hunt at our house, but this year changed it up.  Instead of the wonderful, filling, so good chocolate or sugar rush in a duck/chick, Jacob's eggs this year were filled with Cars tattoos and stickers.

Then there was the egg hunt at church.  Waiting five minutes to start must have been an eternity to Jacob.  I wonder what he was thinking?

Next it was off to Easter Egg hunt number 3 at Grandma and Grandpa LaCava's.  I know, 3 egg  hunts seems like overkill, but we did not plan on Grandma and Grandpa holding an egg hunt this year.
