Birthday Party #3

Ahh, Birthday #3.  Jacob's party just happened to be on his actual birthday this year.  I missed waking my little man up on his birthday and then again, it was nice to have the house to myself to get ready for his party (Jacob spent the night at Momaw and Papa's house - my parents - so I would be worry free in getting ready for his party and he could spend some special time with Uncle Garrett and Aunt Stacey). 


I figured Birthday #3 would be bittersweet and I would not have to try to get Jacob to do anything except to not stick his fingers in the cake (solved that problem by putting the cake up on the mantle!).  And so it begins.  I do not believe I will ever again have to show Jacob how to open presents, sing 'Happy Birthday' to himself, or blow out his candles, or bribe him to eat his cake (I think his last name should be 'Hoover' when it comes to cake...he LOVES his cake!).
