Day Trip to Kalamazoo

The great thing about a husband who works for the government means he gets to take off every holiday!  The great thing about my schedule is I get to as well! This is usually when we take little day trips to just 'get away' for a few hours and enjoy the fun things around the area.  On this particular day trip, we traveled to Kalamazoo to the Air Zoo, which has FREE admission every day!  It does cost to ride some of the rides, but for a military geek like my husband, it was worth the small fee to pay so he could 'fly' in the flight simulators!  This place is HUGE and has over 30 planes from different decades and even a neat little area for kids.

Jacob LOVED seeing all the planes and even got to fly as the 'Red Baron'.
