Did I mention before that I love spring?! I love being able to go outside with a light jacket or no jacket at all. I love seeing GREEN! I love that the zoo opens back up and I get the chance to let Jacob run to his little heart's content in the zoo and on the playground. I even love every chance we get to go north. Whether it is to visit our beloved spot and 'second home' in Newaygo, visiting my brother and sister, or visiting a great friend of mine from college, I love visiting Michigan, ESPECIALLY north of Grand Rapids!
Jacob and I took the first of our semi-annual trips north to visit in late March. We had a blast (of course, we always do!). On our last day, we ventured over to John Ball Zoo with another friend and her son. The kids had so much fun.
