Key Lime Bark

This is a simple candy to make for the holidays and it is very yummy!

What you need:

White Candy Melts (I bought a 2lb bag and made 2 batches)

Key Lime Candy crystals (found at your local candy shoppe)

Wax Paper

Sheet Pan with sides (I used my large Pampered Chef  Bar Pan)

Double Boiler

Spoon to stir

Stir the candy melts in the double boiler until melted. Remove from heat.

Here you can do a couple things:

1. Pour the chocolate on the wax paper in your sheet pan and then sprinkle the Key Lime candy bits 

OR

2. Stir the key lime bits into the chocolate and pour it into the bar pan

Let the chocolate stand till it is cooled and break into pieces.

It's a very simple and tasty treat for Christmas!
